RapidBuyr is a daily deal and e-commerce company focused on the B2B market for small to medium-sized businesses. RapidBuyr partnered with the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) to promote RapidBuyr’s products and services directly to administrative professionals in the United States.
Dan conceived and designed the advertising and promotional campaign.
RapidBuyr E-commerce Website
RapidBuyr is a daily deal and e-commerce company focused on the B2B market for small to medium-sized businesses. Along with daily deals, RapidBuyr offered over 30,000 office product SKUs.
Dan designed RapidBuyr’s e-commerce website, from the ground up, for desktop and mobile. The e-commerce engine was from ShopVisible. RapidBuyr.com needed to be responsive and simple to use, while also supporting dozens of cobrands, where RapidBuyr’s brand became a white label behind the partners’ brand.
There were many aspects of the e-commerce website that needed to be designed effectively. There needed to be promotion pages, subscriber management controls, sectioned product detail pages, a main catalog page of “deal tiles”, daily HTML subscriber emails, and much more.
And there was also producing the daily onslaught of deal images that needed to be crafted and posted to the site.
“Friends With Benefits” Campaign
RapidBuyr, a daily deal and e-commerce company focused on the B2B market for small to medium-sized businesses, offered its subscribers 5% cash back when their friends bought products.
Dan conceived and designed the slightly controversial theme, Friends With Benefits. The program generated a significant up-tick in new subscribers.
RapidBuyr Dedicated Emails
RapidBuyr is a daily deal and e-commerce company focused on the B2B market for small to medium-sized businesses. The company sends daily emails to it’s large subscriber base.
Along with the daily deal emails, there are weekly special offers that require custom design to have maximum impact on subscribers.
PixWithMe Photo-Sharing App
PixWithMe is a free group photo-sharing application that works on Facebook, or as a standalone Web application for desktop browsers and Android and iPhone mobile, as well as iPads. Photo-sharing is facilitated by providing mobile photographers with a “PixBoard”—a single virtual location for multiple users to upload their smartphone photos. PixWith me is popular for sports events, weddings, reunions, and most any kind of event for two or more people. When there is an event with multiple photographers, one person creates a PixBoard, and invites friends.Within seconds everyone can share their event photos in one accessible virtual place.
Dan is a partner and Creative Director atPixWithMe. He has created the company’s look-and-feel, and all branding and collateral. Applying his specialized knowledge of social networking environments, Dan has worked closely with development to produce the the PixWithMe app’s GUI and user experience. In addition, PixWithMe offers branded photo voting contests that requite art direction for customers to fully integrate their brands and promotions into the PixWithMe environment.
